Achievement as NRG948 Leadership

At the end of 2009, when I first joined the Newport High School Robotics Group, there were 12 members. By 2012 when I graduated as the President of Mechanical Engineering, the club boasted over 100 active members.

As media captain in charge of photos, videos, I worked closely with our Marketing branch. With content I provided, NRG 948 won sponsorship from many different companies, including Microsoft Store in Bellevue Collections Mall. Each fundraiser brought in over $5,000 for budget.

In all of three years I was in leadership position, safety was considered very serious as we worked with various type of heavy machinery. There was only one injury due to machinery under our leadership, minor enough to be treated with only a band-aid. The safety protocols and training we put into practice was a huge success.
